Smooth and delicious. Notes of cocoa, cream and walnut. This brew originates in Central Peru, specifically the Chanchamayo region. The Chanchamayo province is famous for citrus production and quality coffee growing. The coffee is produced by local smallholder farmers who deliver their harvested cherry to central mills for further processing and sale. SHB means "Strictly Hard Bean" which are coffees grown at altitudes over 4000 feet (1200 meters). Acidity: Low Body: Above Average Sweetness: Low Elevation: 4100 to 6000 feet *Now bagged in our specialty employee bags! If you choose this bean, enjoy learning about our original employee, Patrick, and how his baking skills have taken the Cafe to new heights! This bean pairs well with Patrick’s Famous Snickerdoodle Cookies!

Wild Goose is a smooth, yet bold Dark Roast that takes 3 of our favorite arabica regions and mixes the finest blend to enhance your coffee drinking experience! Named after an old Celtic term for the Holy Spirit with Shay being the perfect representation ???? Enjoy reading about our Shay on the back of each bag!
